MySession online booking system offers a web based system to handle appointment booking for your single or multi day events. MySession online booking system can be used for appointments, equipment, or room bookings. By dividing up a day into sessions / slots clients, employees or any attendees of an event can log in to your personalised booking form and reserve their designated slot at your event.
When you create an event with My Session online booking system you are provided with a Web Link which you can send out to your potential attendees to book a session or appointment at your event. Once an attendee has booked they can return to the booking page any time up to "Booking Closure" to cancel and re book their appointment should they need to change it.
When a booking is made through the Online Booking System an automated e-mail will be sent to the attendee confirming their appointment. To help reduce "No Shows" and lateness to appointments, MySession will send out an automated reminder e-mail just before the event.
When first creating your event in the Online Booking System, you have the opportunity to pre book time slots for lunch and tea breaks throughout the day. By doing this, potential attendees will see these sessions as being booked out keeping you some time to take a break during the day.
MySession Online Booking System allows you to upload your Event Logo, or Company Logo to customise your booking forms, giving that personal touch to their booking experience.
So the big day has come for your event, just log in to your online booking form, and either export a CSV file of your appointments / bookings, or simply print a copy of your booking form ready for the day ahead.
